What you’ll do

Own global B2B partnerships

• Drive the full partnership lifecycle end to end — sourcing, pitching, structuring, negotiating and closing deals with international partners.

• Build and scale the partnerships pipeline across key markets.

• This role travels: partners, in their market, in person.

Lead commercial execution

• Own revenue targets and deliver against multi-million-dollar goals.

• Structure complex deals, paid pilots and multi-year strategic agreements.

Shape strategy and go-to-market

• Identify high-value use cases with partners and translate Higgsfield’s capabilities into outcomes they can defend inside their own organisation.

• Design partnership models, pricing structures and GTM approaches from scratch.

• Switch verticals fast — a media holding this month, a consumer brand the next, a platform after that.

Own accounts and grow them

• Build durable relationships at C-level with founders, operators and decision-makers.

• Drive expansion, upsell and new revenue streams inside existing accounts.

• Carry the full commercial picture: what a deal books and what it costs us to serve.
  

Requirements:

• 7+ years in enterprise sales, business development or partnerships, closing complex multi-million-dollar deals you personally sourced and negotiated.

• At least 3 years working in international markets — at a global company, or in a role where you owned deals or operations across multiple countries.

• Experience at a company that scaled aggressively, where daily progress was expected and intensity was normal.

• You hold both sides of the business in your head. You can say what a partnership earns and what it costs to deliver in the same sentence.

• Comfortable with almost no structure. You’ll get context and access, not process.

• Heavy international travel.

• Fluent English and Russian.

Nice to have

• Sold into enterprise media, advertising, entertainment or consumer brands.

• Ran a P&L, a market or a vertical as a GM or country lead.

• Broke into an international agency or global commercial organisation as a non-native speaker.

Location: Almaty or San Francisco (onsite), with heavy international travel and regular trips to the other hub. Our team works from the office six days per week. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
